Order Processing Times:
Orders are generally processed the following working day.
As indicated in the Check Out, Standard Shipping is processed 2-8 business days.
Express Shipping is processed 1-4 business days.
Enquiry Only, Products that are not available for online order: As a responsible business, we understand some of our products require installation or assessment for suitability. Hence some of the products cannot be added to the shipping cart. Please fill in an enquiry form and one of our helpful customer service members will contact you.
Sydney Metro Courier Delivery Option: Subject to the item selected, there are options for a Sydney Metro Courier Delivery the following day. Additional shipping costs may apply and you have to speak to one of our customer service team over the phone 1300 662 880
Shipping within Australia, by Australia Post: At this stage, Karis Life ships goods only within selected zones serviced by the Australia Post. Restrictions apply to some postcodes. Please call Karis Life for any questions.
International Shipping: Karis Life is unable to accept any orders for shipping outside Australia
Order Tracking Details: As we are using Australia Post for our shipping, tracking can be done at the Australia Post portal, where possible.
